Acquisition of land is at the centre to our business at Drywater Developments, we are always looking for land within the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey area. We deal with sites varying from single plots to multiple housing schemes.
Our Land and Development Director, Mr Julian House has been acquiring land and securing planning consents for over 20 years. With his expertise over those years he has received planning permissions on many technically difficult sites securing him a proven track record. Julian likes to work closely with the land owners tailoring solutions to their requirements. Selling land can be a stressful process but with Julian’s years of expertise and highly competitive bids you can be assured he will present a solution you are both happy with.
We are always looking for new opportunities and like to work closely with land owners to create a development we are both happy with.
