We manage the construction process in house, our team of labours along with the MD ensure that all works are finished to a high standard. We strive to use the highest and most up to date products on the market guaranteeing building a modern home with traditional values. We pride ourselves on putting our customers first therefore the earlier you reserve a property with us the more options you have to personalise the finished product. Our houses include a 10 year warranty with either NHBC or LABC and we register our houses for the Government scheme Help to Buy where possible.

Consumer Code for Home Builders

The Consumer Code for Home Builders (the Code) is an industry-led scheme which gives protection and rights to the purchasers of new homes, ensuring that new home buyers are treated fairly and are fully informed about their purchase before and after they sign the contract.

All home builders registered with NHBC, and the other home warranty bodies who support the scheme, agree to comply with the Code requirements. The Code benefits both home builders and buyers by aiming to improve on the already high levels of customer satisfaction and therefore enhancing the reputation of the industry.
